Zombie games

I play L4D 1 & 2 from time to time. Would be nice to find an mmorpg based on zombies or even an FPS with a sideline where you have to also find a safe place to stay for the night.

Well, you could try looking into project zomboid. Here's a review by pc gamer http://www.pcgamer.com/2011/06/01/project-zomboid-preview/ I've tried their beta, but it still needs alot of work, since there's not enough content yet. It's basically about trying to survive as long as possible in a zombie infested city

Now that looks like the sims with zombies.

I love Fallout 1-3, although they only contain ghouls and no zeds.
Haven´t played the newer Fallout games yet, but I´m sure they rule too.

You`re a guy from a Cyro firm....from a tank....you have no memory and you just get thrown in the game with no idea what you should do....and then you have to go around scavenge for stuff and trying to survive as long as possible

I Checked the game out...still in beta but it is getting better everyday...I bought the game....totally worth it....it still has some bugs and atm i don`t know how to fight(they changed the fighting system to some weird something) but they made a great advance

I'm actually playing DayZmod a lot at the moment.

Its a mod for ArmaII combined ops. But in a few months, will be released as a stand alone game.

Basically, you spawn somewhere, with a backpack, a torch, a bandage and some painkillers.
The idea is to survive, you can find different weapons, food, drink and a lot of zombies. Servers have around 40-60 slots.
Its pretty hard and there is no save, when you die, you are dead and you start again. Respawn in a randomn area.

I have DayZ too...but I`m not the best player.....just running through the world having no idea what to do hording lots of Ammo without a Weapon and finally get killed when I try to play with friends...meh...I never met an other Player than me or found a weapon...but i Could build a whole Car.....and i Already played 1 hour

Try playing Lindor or Fallujah maps (more weapons)

Although my favorite weapon is the axe or crow bar (no noise)
The only time I managed to pick up an AK47, I started by shooting 2 zeds, that brought loads of others running towards me and I ended up dropping 33 zeds before running out of ammo and getting eaten lol

Dead Frontier can be fun till you bored of it!

Hmm... You should try ZombiU. It's pretty different from any other Zombie games that I've played.

Also, I don't know if Cerebus remembers seeing this link in my chatroom. I had this game called Village of Nightmares posted in my chatroom last year. I'm surprised I still have the link to it.
